How To Make & Recipes
The basic concept
Stir, blend or froth 2 teaspoons (4g) of liftmix with 6-10 ounces of hot or cold liquid (water, coffee, black or green tea, milk, smoothies, etc).
You can play with the amount of liquid and find your sweet spot.
Add creamers, milks, and/or sweeteners if you like that kind of thing. We find that plant-based milks like oat, cashew and coconut taste particularly good with liftmix.
**Note: handheld frothers/whisks work great with liftmix. You can pick them up online or at most department stores. Or, you can just use the one you got from the other guys.

No Caf Latte (Coffee Alternative)
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 6 ounces of hot water
+ 2 ounces of hot, steamed or frothed milk
+ Sweetener if desired
+ Stir/blend/froth
Mo' Caf Latte (Coffee Upgrade)
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 4-8 ounces of brewed coffee
+ Stir/blend
+ 2-6 ounces of hot, steamed or frothed milk
+ Sweetener if desired
Hot Water
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 6-8 ounces of hot water
+ Stir/blend/froth
Iced Water
liftmix:Â 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 8 ounces of cold water
+ Milk/Creamers/Sweeteners if desired
+ Stir/blend/froth
+ Ice
** Note: some may contend that the best way to make cold liftmix is to first make a hot liftmix and then cool it. This is because powders dissolve better at higher temperatures. We've tried it both ways and although there is a slight difference in taste, it's not significantly noticeable. You can't go wrong whichever route you take. liftmix does not judge!
Coffee
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 6-10 ounces of hot coffee
+ Milk/Creamers/Sweeteners if desired
+ Stir/blend/froth
Iced Coffee
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 6-10 ounces of brewed coffee
+ Stir/blend/froth
+ Ice
+ Milk/Creamers/Sweeteners if desired
Nut-Buttered
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 6 oz of either hot coffee or hot water
+ 2 teaspoons of natural almond or peanut butter (reg or crunchy)
+ Stir/blend/whisk it all up until the butter dissolves
+ 2 to 4 oz of hot milk (frothed if possible)
Matcha
liftmix: 2 teaspoons (4g)
+ 6-10 ounces of hot water
+ scoop of your favorite matcha
+ Milk/Creamers/Sweeteners if desired
+ Stir/blend/froth
